Our lamb

The reputation of the Moran name means we take extensive steps with regard to breeding and caring for our stock to ensure nothing leaves our farm that has not feed on our pastures. We guarantee the lamb comes only from our farm. We do not process any lamb until we receive your order. This way you get the freshest lamb possible. Our reputation depends on it.

Each half-lamb pack weighs a minimum of 8kgs and consists of the choice cuts below. The lamb has been trimed and will take up approximately the size of three and a half loaves of bread in your fridge/freezer. You can also order as a full lamb, unbutchered and suitable for spit roasting.
